Introduction to the structure of a centrifugal pump, come and bookmark it!
What is the structure of a middle-opening pump? The suction inlet and discharge outlet of a single-stage middle-opening pump are both located below the pump's axis line, positioned horizontally and perpendicular to the axis line. The pump casing is designed for middle opening, allowing for maintenance without the need to disassemble the inlet, outlet piping, and motor (or other prime movers). When viewed from the coupling towards the pump, the pump rotates in a counterclockwise direction; however, it can also be modified to rotate in a clockwise direction based on special user orders. The main components of a single-stage middle-opening pump include: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double-suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and bearings. Except for the shaft made of high-quality carbon steel, most other parts are made of cast iron. The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the impeller, with inlet and outlet flanges.

A quick share, in one minute, let you understand the operating principle of the Zhongkai pump.
The middle-opening pump, also known as a single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump, is characterized by its large flow rate for transporting media. What is the operating principle of the middle-opening pump? Let's take a brief look together:

A quick share, in one minute, let you understand the selection principles of Zhongkai pumps.
The parallel adjustment method for middle-opening pumps is used when a single middle-opening pump cannot meet the delivery task, allowing for the operation of middle-opening pumps in parallel or series. When two identical centrifugal pumps are operated in parallel, although the head change is minimal, the total delivery flow increases, and the overall efficiency of the parallel pumps is the same as that of a single pump. When pumps are started in series, the total head increases while the flow change is very small. The overall efficiency of series pumps is the same as that of a single pump. After two pumps are connected in parallel, both flow and head increase, but due to the limitations of the pipeline characteristic curve, pipeline resistance increases, resulting in a total delivery volume that is twice that of the original single pump. After two pumps are connected in series, both head and flow will also increase, but...

How to choose a chemical process pump?
As a key piece of equipment in chemical engineering processes, chemical process pumps are receiving increasing attention. Due to the complex characteristics of chemical media and the continuously rising demands from users, how should we, as manufacturers, make our selections? What should we focus on? These questions are particularly important. Let's take a look at how to choose chemical process pumps. Below is a brief review of the selection of commonly used chemical pumps, hoping to assist colleagues in this field in their work.

Precautions for the use of chemical process pumps and disassembly and assembly
Chemical process pumps are widely used in industries, urban water supply and drainage, as well as irrigation and drainage in farmland and orchards, for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Let's take a look at the precautions for using chemical process pumps, as well as disassembly and assembly.

Selection of long shaft pumps
The long shaft pump is a type of centrifugal pump. From the perspective of centrifugal pumps, the performance of liquid pumps has been improved, making it far superior to liquid pumps and operating more stably. Based on market demand, the company has developed the VT series long shaft deep well pump, which is widely used in industrial enterprises such as water supply companies, sewage treatment plants, power plants, steel mills, and mines, as well as in municipal water supply and drainage, flood control, and urban waterlogging projects.

Introduction to Long Shaft Pumps
Long-axis pumps are suitable for transporting strip-shaped particles, high viscosity, strong acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidants, and other corrosive media. The newly developed underwater pumps are suitable for enterprises to transport various lightweight media that are flammable and explosive. The casing, outlet pipe, and flow components of traditional underwater pumps are all made of corrosion-resistant materials. The motor part is located at the liquid surface, while the pump part is located below the liquid surface. The pump body, motor, and flow components of the new underwater pump are all made of special materials. The motor part is coaxially connected to the pump part and is located below the liquid surface.

The use and installation of long shaft pumps
The long-axis pump determines maintenance projects based on the data from the operation technology development status monitoring system, conducts preventive inspections according to cycle management, and analyzes, repairs, or replaces defective components. When disassembling and replacing major components, it should comply with the main maintenance quality standards.
