Product Introduction
The DYS series single-stage double-suction horizontal split pump is a new generation product developed by our company based on extensive absorption and digestion of advanced technologies from similar products at home and abroad. The entire series covers a wide range, with inlet diameters from Φ150 to Φ800mm, flow rates from 100 to 10000m3/h, and head from 6 to 200m.
The pump is installed horizontally, with the pump casing split horizontally. The upper part is the pump cover, and the lower part is the pump body. Both the suction inlet and discharge outlet are located below the axis centerline. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet piping; simply remove the pump cover to take out the rotor components.
The DYS pump is designed with 41 models, and through cutting, speed reduction, and variable impellers, it can derive 161 basic specifications. Within the performance range of the model spectrum, it can provide users with single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps that meet any performance parameter requirements.
This series of products is suitable for urban water supply and drainage, hydraulic engineering, HVAC systems, metallurgy and mining systems, petrochemical and chemical systems, papermaking, light industry, power generation, and fire-fighting water supply fields. It is used to transport liquid media within -20℃ to 80℃ and with a pH value ranging from 5 to 9. The maximum working pressure of pumps made from conventional materials (inlet pressure + pumping pressure) is 1.6 MPa. By changing the material of pressure-bearing components, the maximum working pressure can reach 2.5 MPa.
The standard supply pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end, meaning the pump suction inlet is on the right side of the motor and the discharge outlet is on the left side. According to customer requirements, the rotation direction of the pump can be changed to counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end; in this case, the pump suction inlet will be on the left side of the motor and the discharge outlet on the right side.

DYS - New Generation Single-Stage Double-Suction Horizontal Split Centrifugal Pump▶16 - The suction inlet diameter divided by 25 (i.e., suction inlet diameter is 400mm);
▶9 - The approximate number obtained by dividing specific speed by 10.
▶A - Pump performance expansion code (impeller cutting) (J indicates speed reduction)
▶I - Indicates that the rotation direction is counterclockwise.

● Innovative bearing body design:
▶ The bearing body has temperature measurement and automatic oil replenishment functions (equipped when using thin oil lubrication as needed by users).
▶ The bearing body is jointly supported by the pump body and pump cover for smoother operation.
▶ The bearing body seal adopts a special structure for good sealing performance; it does not leak oil or allow water ingress.
