DYS series single stage double suction horizontal open pump, is our company in the extensive absorption and digestion of similar products at home and abroad on the basis of advanced technology, developed and developed replacement products. The whole series of products cover a wide range of import diameters from Φ 150~Φ 800mm, flow from 100~10000m3/h, head from 6~200m.

The pump is horizontal installation, the pump shell is open horizontally, the upper part is the pump cover, the lower part is the pump body, the inlet and outlet are under the axis line, the maintenance need not disassemble the inlet and outlet water pipe, as long as the pump cover, you can take out the rotor parts.

DYS pump design has 41 models, 161 basic specifications can be derived by cutting, reducing speed and changing impeller, in the performance range of the type spectrum, can provide users to meet the requirements of any performance parameters of the single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump.

The series of products are suitable for urban water supply and drainage, water conservancy engineering and HVAC system, metallurgical mining system, petrochemical and chemical system, paper making, light industry, power generation and fire water supply and other fields, used to transport -20℃~80℃, PH value in the range of 5~9 liquid media. The maximum working pressure of the pump made of conventional materials (inlet pressure + pumping pressure) is 1.6MPa. By changing the material of the bearing part, the maximum working pressure can reach 2.5Mpa.

The standard supply of water pump, from the drive end for clockwise rotation, that is, the pump inlet on the right side of the motor, the outlet on the left side of the motor, according to customer requirements, can change the direction of rotation of the pump, that is, from the drive end, the pump counterclockwise rotation, at this time, the pump inlet on the left side of the motor, the outlet on the right side of the motor.
