I. Applications
The DYC pump is a single-stage, single-suction, high‑capacity self‑priming sewage pump. It is widely used in applications requiring substantial suction lift, such as tank cleaning, oilfield wastewater conveyance, wastewater pumping at treatment plants, underground drainage in mines, agricultural irrigation and drainage, and the petrochemical industry.
II. Performance Characteristics
1. When starting the pump, no priming is required; no vacuum pump or foot valve is needed—the pump can automatically evacuate air and draw in water, achieving a high self-priming lift.
2. Short self-priming time, with a flow rate of 30 to 6,200 m³/h and a self-priming time of 15 to 200 seconds;
3. A unique vacuum‑suction device ensures that the impeller chamber remains under vacuum at all times, reducing cavitation damage to the impeller and thereby effectively enhancing pump efficiency and suction lift.
4. The vacuum‑suction device can be engaged or disengaged automatically or manually via a clutch mechanism, thereby extending its service life and improving energy efficiency.
5. Easy to install and use: Simply place the pump on the ground and immerse the suction hose in water.
IV. Transmission
The pump is directly driven by an electric motor via an elastic coupling; when viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
