Structural features
Long-shaft design: The pump shaft can reach lengths of several tens of meters and is connected via multi-section couplings to accommodate varying submersible depth requirements. The shaft body is made from high-strength materials (such as stainless steel) and equipped with guide bearings (made of PTFE or rubber) to minimize radial oscillation and ensure operational stability.
Impeller and Pump Casing: The impeller features a reverse-rotation design with an outward inclination, and when paired with the volute pump casing, it uses centrifugal force to propel liquid from the center of the impeller toward its outer edge, thereby converting energy. The flow passage in the pump casing gradually widens, slowing down the liquid while increasing its pressure, ultimately allowing it to flow into the discharge pipe at high pressure.
Sealing and Bearings: The shaft seal employs either a packing seal or a mechanical seal (single- or double-face) to prevent leakage. A thrust bearing—lubricated with dry oil or thin oil—supports the axial forces and the rotor weight, while the motor base or a dedicated bearing housing provides additional support.
